Had an appointment at 0930, Mr James was waiting on me .He explain how long it would take and asked if I needed a ride or if I was going to wait. I waited.

I made an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation. Oil chang was completed while I waited when I was called get they told me the tires were not rotated. They said the Mechanic fail to preform this duty. I was not able to stay for them to complete rotation
